Leading on from yesterday I thought it best to go on about some methods of stress control.

There are quite a few to list so I won’t go hung ho in this one email (probably will mind)

There are more methods than people allow for:

Walking, Sleeping, Having a Bath, Listening to classical music, sleeping, recovering, stress balls, meditation, Reading, Spending time with friends, Eating, deep breathes, closing eyes, staying still for 15 seconds a day, training, cinema trips, gaming and much more

No ask yourself how many of those things you do?

I am pretty sure at last count I did 14 out of whats listed. Not all of them in one day but I remember they are they’re to be utilised!
