Im Worried I’m not seeing progress….
This post could go on for days if not years.
Theres so many different ways of combatting, Strength plateaus, no physique changes, lack of progression.
Im not going to make this too long, so long story short.
If progress stops or you feel like you hit a wall with strength something needs to change.
Below is a picture giving a brief summary of how I ensure progress is maintained throughout the training phases.
**notice this is only showing the programming side of life. Not the changes that can be implemented to diet, types of reps, etc.**
So quick explanation (as quick as I can)
Phase: Accumulation 1 – Intensification 1 – Accumulation 2 – Intensification 2
Most important things to notice, the sets, reps and the intensity of the phases. Also Acc 2 is more intense than Acc 1, likewise with Int 1 and Int 2.
By using this undulating method which Ive mentioned before I/We can ensure that there is some form of strength progress every 21/30 days.
It allows me to keep the clients training stimulus varied and therefore allows a client to maintain motivation and enjoyment easier!
