Consistency is truly key

For this that don’t know I have been trying to get myself back in a particular shape and weight and size for quite some time.

I hired my Coach/Mentor who has helped me tenfold. He gave me structure again.

We initially tried eating small meals regularly intervals and introduced his training methods. It been a long road, and at first all I was seeing strength gain after strength gain. I was moving better again but I still wasn’t happy as my bodyweight was not dropping. Ive whinged at him, moaned at him, and everytime he listened to me and gave me advice.

After several methods of dieting we both finally settled on IF (intermittent fasting) mainly because thats exactly what I had done while I served in the military. The first few weeks we didn’t see much, but then boom all of a sudden we are seeing consistent drops in both body fat and body weight.

The point to this post is pure and simple, trust your coach, give the chosen method time (if it doesn’t work) theres no doubt another method. Be consistent. Track your calories (don’t go nuts) train, and be mindful of your NEAT (10,000 steps a day) and your body will change. You need to be consistent like the Sun. It always comes up and goes down, sometimes we might not be able to see it due to rain, cloud etc but its always there.

Shortish post today and they may be sporadic, Im doing my other job of been a DAD this week
