Holy SH$T Balls!!

My routine was down to a T and I was gaining momentum with my goal of weight loss.

Everyday I had got up, had my coffee, sorted out my blog post, spoke to my online clients,  done 10,000 steps and then headed into work to cater for my face to face Clients.

Well this week, its school holiday and I have the opportunity to spend more time with my son and have him stay with me for the week

Now, i cherish every minute with him and whenever I see him but holy hell does it feel like hell has frozen over atm while I try to adjust my routine to cater for my very active, 5 year old son!! The energiser bunny seriously has naff all on him.

So the first day was extremely difficult but you know what, there isn’t a chance in hell I’m going to be beaten off this success streak. So even when my 5 year comes and wakes me at 0600 in the morning, Im just going to get on with it and sort my shit out!

Ive now had an opportunity to sit down and plan out and my list is back in full flow. The chances of me training this week I have realised are minimal, so Ive now fully planned ahead and Im happy with what Ive set out. Now its just a case of enjoying my time with Henry, adjusting as quick as possible, Fingers crossed though this plan comes off. Atm it looks like Legs Wednesday instead of tomorrow and Torso quite possible not until Saturday.

One thing for sure though, my Son is going to be doing minimum of 10,000 steps every day as long as I remember to let him out of the cupboard for the rest of the week!! lol
