I was squatting the other day and my colleague was trying to workout the weight and making me super confused.

We were using chains (plateau busting strength variation) and Jesus at one point the rest period got ridiculous and there turned out to be a full blown discussion as to what the weight was at the top.

Well, I jumped in and said tbh , I’m 5ft fuck all and i think its pretty damn heavy but i know for sure its certainly going to improve my normal back squat.

At the end of the of the day I knew it was heaviest at the top and lightest at the bottom!

I know thats its a method for busting plateaus.

What I then reminded everyone about was to forget about the weight and the little intricacies and remember that you train to enjoy the grind and feel alive not just for the weight lifting bro charts!!
