Inactivity
You may have notice these have been absent the last few days.
Truth be told my time management which I thought was good now or at least acceptable and had improved has been challenged yet again.
I have a dire need to help people and respond as fast as I possibly can because I feel its rude and arrogant not too.
Due to the release of the eBook with Busybee my entire life has been turned upside down.
I am loving been in the support group but god they are making me work. At the same time this is not a moan. I finally feel like I’m using and implementing the knowledge I have been spending so much on, and you wouldn’t believe it but its actually helping!
Inactivity is one of the major factors of any calorie calculator or fitness journey. Some of us under cook it some of us over do.
With all things when it comes to calories it is all about trial and error.
My rule of thumb if the goal is fat loss is to set them to the bottom end of the activity level and then give it 21 days of observations before making any further decisions.
My doing this I have several things I can manipulate:
Overall calories
Macro breakdown
Activity Levels.
Thats why I always recommend 10,000 steps daily regardless of weather or how busy you are. Even though you may still be in the bottom activity factor at least I have set you to that and I know you will actively try and get that higher. One of these ways are steps.
Small blog to day but more to come just catching up!
