H.E.N.R.Y week 1

H = Holy shit balls

E = Exasperated

N = Never Ending

R = Relentless

Y = Why am I doing this..

Well, Ive made it almost. After the epic, traumatic, long, flustered, everything not going to plan day (because I didn’t have a plan (my bad)) I actually made it. I had to adjust my routine and do it fast but I did it.

Not only have I made it but I gained momentum. Training split dropped off but I came up with a second plan and made gains and losses. I dropped more body fat. got stronger and did something stupid after a leg session (10 minutes continuous prowler).

I also realised that my sons name is can be made into a pneumonic for how I feel every damn session. On top of all this Ive managed to spend time with him properly, play god knows how many games of monopoly, made him walk 16000 steps everyday as I wasn’t sure if I would be able to train, Ive watched Paw Patrol seasons 1 and 2, 3 times over. I remembered to let him out of the cupboard an hour earlier each day, and I even managed to feed him today!

Kidding aside Ive re learnt a lot this week, and had a great time doing it. Ive remembered to stay flexible, enjoy life and don’t get caught up in to strict a routine. But if you do at least have contingencies ready to go.

Im already prepared for the next time I have him in 10 days time (actually put a bed in the cupboard under the stairs)
