N.E.A.T
Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis is the other factor that is used to assist in determining our calculations when it comes too calories.
To explain what this is:
This is the activity we do without even thinking about it. It can range from house work to fidgeting to everyday work!

Everybody varies just like they do when it comes to PAL!
The last two or three posts should have helped informing you, as individuals just how much thought goes into preparing calories and breakdowns. More importantly, and hopefully you understand and realise that everything is a game of trial and error until we start making progress.
Once we do start making progress, its important NOT TO CHANGE something straight away!
Give it time, see what else happens and how far the progresss can be gained until stagnation hits. Its at that point something can be manipulated and changed. Not everything all at once. The less that get changed the easier it is to identify what has assisted in boosting progress or in some cases hindering progress.
