5 Tips to start Achieving Today
I get it, you have decided to start your journey, or already are. However, you keep finding yourself every Friday or in worst case scenarios everyday analysing progress.
(If thats on a set of weighing scales heres my recommendations!
Heres 5 tips to help pursue your goal. You should aim to hit them in the correct order so because they are required in order to help you reach your desired effect!
So 5 tips.
These need to be hit in the correct order (one by one before moving on) (Basics first) and why we need it
1, Water intake
First and foremost to make COFFEE (so i can wake up) but importantly to help our bodies perform the required functions. Little known information in the mass population is that been adequately hydrated allows for cells to swell up to allow more efficient transportation of nutrients in to and out of cells.
2, Food
Quite literally the fuel we require for anything. Biggest issue here is the quality of nutrients we are filling our body with
3, Stress/Digestions (probiotics)
Stress exists from the minute we wake up and sometimes is even there when we are asleep (referring to the stress caused by workouts in this case). TOP tip to combating this is to take yourself for a 45 minute walk to assist with alleviate some.
4, Macro – nutrients
As I highlighted above, the better the quality the better performances we can coax out of these bloody bodies we inhabit
5, Supplements
This could be a post in itself. (My opinion after years of trial by fire and learning) Yes there is a need for them for CERTAIN individuals! Do we the general public need them, Nope not unless we aren’t doing the things above.
