Yesterday we covered how you could set reps differently to stay in the so called ‘Fat Loss Zone’ today lets talk more about methods.
Theres literally so many different methods, some of which I’ve covered already in previous blogs and some which I haven’t.
Rest Pause method
Drops sets
Giant Sets
1 and 1/4 reps
Myotactic
German Volume Training
German Body Composition Training
Clusters

Some of the above methods are not for the faint hearted and certainly not all our for individuals who are just starting out. Again, some methods will not suit the goal you have. Always always do you research on training methods. If you have questions ask people don’t be afraid to. A really important thing to note though when considering changes is to only change one thing at a time and don’t try to use several methods in one workout because thats gonna end in tears and an injury!
Generally when you change, you change exercises but very rarely do people provide a different rep scheme. Sometimes they don’t because they think they fall out of a certain zone because some magazine said you had to do this or that. The above methods are considered advanced methods so if you are going to use be careful and make sure you are ready for them!
