Blog 37 How much is too much?

Ive banged on in a few posts about ,making sure you are drinking enough water, and I realised that I hadn’t actually let anyone know how to find out how much they should have.

Now sure you could use google or my fitness pal is depends how into all this you are.

Some people work on 39 mls x bodyweight in KGS some people use 33 mls

I use 33 mls.

SO lets go:

60kgs x .33 = 1980 mls of water per day minimum.

How you divide this up throughout he day is entirely up to you. I wouldn’t advise just necking 2 litres though because chances our you will just pee most of it out or flush your kidneys neither is very nice to be honest.

Like I said this is a minimum suggesting for the above example.

Personally I hit close to 3.5 litres a day nice and steady.
