Perfection , then what?
So as the title says.
We all want perfection of something. Whether you are physique competitor, body builder, out and out power lifter or top sports performing. Theres one major attribute they/we all hunt down.
PERFECTION…
This is a simple concept yet my personal opinion of this concept is thats its flawed..
So myself as a trainer, educator, life coach (👈🏻whatever one of these is (haven’t quite figured it out yet but I think I missed the boat on this one 😂😂) ((shameless p**s take))
I always strive to ensure I provide good customer service, good knowledge and thorough training programmes. To do this I have to actively learn year in and year out. Its not cheap but it ensures I can always be the best I can be and provide the best I can.
Heres the kicker, I already know I don’t want to be perfect
WHY…
Because what then? How do I get better? How do I improve? I would have to reset as such, find new directions which would then mean I lose more time away from what I love doing. Helping people, whether its with strength gains/weight loss/body fat reduction.
This doesn’t mean i will provide a half arsed service, of course I’m going work like hell.
Now this is me, theres nothing wrong with striving for perfection just be ready to re role as such and prepare for the next journey.
