Blog 46 Time Management

Now even for me this is my biggest issue currently.
How often have we said I just don’t have time”?? I put my hands up I have more than several occasions. Then it truly hit me. If I want to be successfully, improve and get the desired results from everything I want in life then Im going to have to make sacrifices and find and make time.
Something that Ive started to utilise more is reverse timelining. All you know each day is that you are going to wake up and that you should be going to bed at some point. Those two are given unless something drastically bad happens.
Anyway, you have your start point and your end point and then you can populate what you have to do each day. I combine it with a list of things to do and try and tie the two in together.
For example, each day
Wake up and do morning routine
Complete 10,000 steps
Check Emails
Get back to writing blogs
Prepare food
Conduct personal training session
Train clients
Read for 45-60 minutes
Headspace app
Spend time with family and friends
Play Xbox
These are the bulk of my daily tasks. Obviously, they have a priority order which constantly changes but you should get the idea.
I asked my mentor the other day, even though I already know which ones I need to dial back time on.  Christ, I could have asked my dog and he would have told me the ones to dial back on.
The whole point to this blog though is to make you aware, that even though we are all busy and consider ourselves to be too busy 90% of the time, theres always areas in our life and daily programme that we can dial back to ensure that we do whats needed and required of us.
Feel like I’ve just spent this entire blog post aiming the thing at me and de briefing myself!!
