Blog 71 Ok I admit it yesterdays blog was little bit of a rant.

But Im over it now..

Ive dried my eyes, and lost ten seconds of which I will never get back But I’m over it.

Now depending on how observant you are you may have noticed certain things were in BOLD yesterday.

Well the reason they were was because they are particular buzz words that people focus on

Here they are again in case you missed them.

“I think I’m going to struggle on Cardio days when 50g of carbs is the limit o and I won’t be able to eat that much protein?”

O and 10,000 steps really, you want me to do that each day?

It literally is all in the phrasing.

Lets start with the easy one STRUGGLE, well yes of course its going to be a struggle. Its not like Im saying eat you weight in ice cream I’m asking to consciously make and effort and restrict a certain macro, which assists in putting you into a “to quote my favourite PT video blogging” “a calorie fucking deficit” (hope he has copyrighted that term and saying. If it was easy we would all be ripped and have the body we want.

Second one WON’T this position you at a negative point straight away. Not only is the training and the nutrition going to be challenging enough you also want to tell yourself out loud by stating as such.

Third, REALLY.. Yes really. Why not? Too Difficult. No, its not, but it would be extremely difficult if i was to ask you to go to B and Q and buy a skirting board ladder, along with some rubber nails and a glass hammer!!

So to finish off, think of the words you use. If you want a particular car right, or a particular brand of make up you go and get it (preferably once you have the money for it, if you do steal though I’m not judging) so why does this not apply to your train of thought when you say you want or desire a certain body type/shape.

Go for it, don’t hold back, you want to feel positive about what you are striving for. Thats where the Coach can assist, use their motivation and energy to kick you up the butt if needed. Let it grow wildly out of control. Christ become MR/Mrs Motivator if its going to help you get what you want just do yourself a favour and ditch the negative stances and phrases.

Nearly every problem you are presented with or everything you want is achievable and solvable. ( I do not include medical illnesses in this statement before some gets smart)
