Blog 72 Let talk training again..
Its become increasingly common now that having a booty and glutes is fashionable. Call me old fashioned but I’m pretty sure fitness doesn’t fall into the same league as Tyra Banks, Kate Moss, or Naomi Campbell’s catwalks.
Now theres nothing wrong with this desire but something that is overlooked is that parts of the body will only grow so much if you take the necessary steps to support what you are doing.
If you want to grow anything you are going to have to eat, its not like you can just rub and it will grow, that would be called a penis!!!
If you are not eating enough protein, fats and carbs to make up your calories to put you at maintenance or a surplus then chances are its not going to grow. For those people who thinks it does when in a deficit, no it doesn’t. Its just that while you are in a deficit you drop body fat and weight but due to the fact you do two million booty hip glute bridges each week thats going to stay the same just look bigger because you have lost else where.
Second thing to consider here, is that we need to train the entirety of the body to even up imbalances, gain strength throughout the body and ensuring we gain evenly! Its believed by many you can only get some big if you neglect body parts.
Keep the training even, whether its in the form of the (unfavored) bro splits, Upper and Lower days, Total Body Days, which ever method you decide, pay attention to the whole body for optimal growth and gains in strength.
