Blog 76 Philosophy
So im not taking about famous people here I’m talking about the philosophy I implement with all clientele.
Everyone I see comes to me with a goal but whats better, to give them said goal as fast as possible or present them with all the tools they need for life in order to achieve goal and maintain?
Theres an order in my eyes and its learnt from people I follow and work with daily
Theres 5 in total personally
- Hydration – Correct amount
- Food – Quality and quantity
- Stress and Gi Tract
- Macros
- Supplements
To explain why sudden change isn’t always amazing or as fantastic as it seems:
You go to a PT and generally you say I want to be jacked and loss weight.
The PT goes ok and then says lets get you training and swallowing all these supplements and yes potentially short term you can achieve fantastic results. However what if your body isn’t ready for all that?
What if you haven’t learnt the habit of hydration and whats good for you yet?
What about if you highly stressed and then digestion is affected before that and you can’t actually digest or breakdown or utilise all the supplements you are spending hundreds on each year?
The above is probably the most valuable lesson about myself in the last 9 months. I have always regarded my body as a test tube not a temple (hence the lacking six pack) but I now know that If i want to change and keep it sustainable I have to go slow-er to a degree!
Why not make the long term investment do you homework on the Coach and find out whose interest he/she really has at heart.
